Do you need my password or login?
No — never. Every check runs from outside your site, using only what’s publicly visible, the same way Google and your customers see it. We will never ask for your password, your builder login, or access to any account. If anyone claiming to be Pally Studio asks for those, it isn’t us.
How fast will I get my report?
Within 24 hours of payment. When you order, you’ll enter your website address at checkout — that’s all we need to begin. If we can’t complete your audit for any reason, you’ll get a full refund instead of a late report.
What exactly do I receive?
A written report delivered by email. It covers every page of your site and, for each finding, gives you the evidence (what we actually found, with exact counts), the plain-English impact (what it’s costing you), a step-by-step fix written for your website builder, and an effort estimate. Findings are sorted into a priority roadmap so you know what to do first, and anything we couldn’t verify from outside is labeled as such, with a two-minute self-check. See a shortened sample report.
What if a fix is beyond me?
The steps are written assuming no technical background — most take 5 to 15 minutes once you know where to click. If something is still more than you want to tackle, audit customers can hire Pally Studio to do fixes hands-on afterwards. That’s priced per item, quoted up front, and entirely optional — it’s never bundled into the $25 or pushed on you.
What’s the recheck?
Every audit includes one free recheck. Apply your fixes, then ask for the recheck any time within 30 days of your report. We re-run the full check and send a delta report: what’s fixed, what’s still open, and anything new that’s appeared. It’s proof your work landed — and a second look for anything you missed.
What’s your refund policy?
Simple version: if we can’t complete your audit, you get a full refund. Once a completed report has been delivered as described, the sale is final — the 30-day recheck is included so you can confirm the fixes worked. The full policy is in the Terms.
Which platforms does this work with?
Any of them. The checks are external, so they apply the same way to Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, GoDaddy, Shopify, JouwWeb, or a hand-built site. The fix steps are tailored to the builder your site actually uses. If your platform is unusual, each fix still explains exactly what needs to change, so any developer can apply it in minutes.
Will this guarantee better Google rankings?
No — and nobody honest can guarantee rankings. What the audit does is find and help you fix the concrete setup problems that hold new sites back: blank search descriptions, missing local business data, untappable phone numbers, slow pages, missing analytics. Fixing them gives your site a fair shot; Google makes the final call.
