Launch Audit: A Mobile Pet Grooming Business
This is a shortened version of a real audit, published to show the format and depth. The full $25 report runs around 60 checks on every page with complete step-by-step fixes for each finding; this sample uses the original 23-check list it was produced with.

Credit where it’s due — every report leads with what’s already right:
- Analytics installed — Google Analytics 4 is in place, so visitors are being counted.
- Sitemap in place — it exists and lists all of the site’s pages.
- Share image set — links shared on social media show a proper preview image.
- Secure — the site runs on HTTPS.
Overall: a solid-looking site with a strong foundation — and three critical visibility problems that are cheap to fix.
Critical findings
1. Your Google description is blank — on every page
What we found
Every page has a description tag, but it’s empty (content=""). Same for the social-share description.
Why it matters
Google will invent the text shown under your name in search results, and shared links (texts, Facebook) will show no description at all. You wrote great service copy — none of it is what Google displays.
Fix — 10 minutes, in JouwWeb
Open the page editor → Page settings → the SEO/description field for the homepage, and paste a real description (the full report drafts one for each page — homepage, services, pricing, service areas each get their own, naming the service and the town). Save and republish.
2. Your page title misspells your own service — and has no location
What we found
The homepage title is “[Businessname] pet grooming mobil” — “mobil” is cut off, and there’s no city or “dog grooming” phrase. Every sub-page repeats it.
Why it matters
The title is the #1 text Google uses to decide what you rank for and what searchers click. “Mobile dog grooming Lake Worth” is what customers type; the title doesn’t say it.
Fix — 5 minutes
Change the site title in JouwWeb’s site settings to “[Business Name] | Mobile Dog Grooming in Lake Worth, FL” and give sub-pages matching titles (e.g. “Grooming Services | [Business Name] Mobile Dog Grooming, Lake Worth FL”).
3. Your phone number can’t be tapped to call
What we found
The phone number is shown as plain text. On phones — where nearly all customers will find this business — tapping it does nothing.
Why it matters
For a mobile service, the call is the sale. Every extra step loses bookings.
Fix — 5 minutes
Select the phone number text → add a link → choose “Phone number” (or enter tel:+1…). Repeat in the header/footer so it appears on all pages, and turn the “Book an appointment” heading into a button.
Also in the full report
Three “important” findings followed the critical ones (shown here in one line each; the paid report gives each the full evidence-and-steps treatment):
- Generic structured data. Google sees a plain “Organization,” not a local groomer — no LocalBusiness data with service area and phone, which is how Google places businesses in “near me” results. Fix: about 15 minutes.
- All 14 photos missing alt text. Home 7 of 7, Services 4 of 4, Service Areas 3 of 3 — screen readers can’t describe the work, and Google Images can’t rank the before/after photos. Fix: about 15 minutes.
- Three competing headlines. The homepage has 3 H1 headings instead of 1, diluting what Google thinks the page is about. Fix: about 5 minutes.
The report closed with two honest “couldn’t verify from outside” items — whether the contact form actually delivers (only a real submission proves it) and whether the free Google Business Profile is claimed — each with a two-minute self-check. Every finding was verified against the live site on the date shown; there are no automated scores you can’t trace to a specific problem.
