Every week, we look for ways your website could bring you more business
Website Care is one simple monthly plan built around growth, not just upkeep. We watch where your visitors come from, scan your site every week for improvements that bring more visitors and make it easier for them to call, book, or buy — and we handle basic content updates for you by email.
- One plan, one price

Subscribe
One monthly plan — everything below is included. Subscribe through our secure checkout; there’s no audit to buy first and no call to sit through. Then email your update requests to hello@pallystudio.com whenever you need them. If your site doesn’t yet count its visitors, we’ll set that up first — it’s how we can watch your traffic at all.
-
We watch your traffic and scan your site, weekly
Where do your visitors come from — Google, maps, social media, other sites? What did they search for? Which pages are gaining visitors, and which are quietly losing them? Alongside that, we re-scan your site every week on phone and computer, hunting for anything costing you visitors or bookings. Each week you get a short email: what changed, what we suggest, and what we’ve already fixed.
-
Email any basic update, anytime
New hours, new prices, new photos, clearer wording for a service — send it to hello@pallystudio.com, one request per email. We read it, ask anything missing, get to work, and respond back typically within 48 hours. Requests are worked one at a time, in your order.
What we actually do for you
Watch where your visitors come from
- Which sources send you people — Google searches, maps, social media, links from other sites, people typing your address directly
- What visitors searched for to find you — and popular searches where you don’t show up yet
- Pages gaining or losing visitors, spotted early instead of months later
- Sudden drops flagged fast — a page that disappears from Google is money leaking
- Explained in plain words — what changed and what it likely means for business, never a wall of charts
Scan weekly for improvements
- Pages getting slower, and the oversized photos or files causing it
- Content Google can’t find or can’t understand — missing descriptions, unclear wording, services customers search for that your pages don’t mention
- Phone-vs-computer problems — most of your visitors are on phones; we check both, every time
- Friction on the way to booking — the path from landing on a page to calling, booking, or buying, step by step
- Suggestions ranked by likely payoff — the few changes that matter most, first
Make the basic improvements
- Sharper content — service and menu wording rewritten so it says what customers are searching for
- Lighter photos and files — oversized images slimmed down so pages load fast on phones
- An easier path to contact you — tap-to-call phone numbers where people look for them, clearer next steps, a booking path that doesn’t lose people halfway
- Ordinary updates handled — text, prices, hours, photos, posts, banners, seasonal changes
And the basics, quietly in the background
- Is your site online and loading, checked regularly
- The padlock in the browser — your site’s security renewal watched so it never lapses and scares visitors away
- Broken links and missing forms caught as they appear
- A full health check every month, with a short report
Two ways to work — your choice, per request
We do it in your site
Invite us as a collaborator in your website builder — never your own password, and you can revoke access anytime. We make the update or fix directly, show you a preview first for anything visible, and note exactly what changed in our reply.
Best if you’d rather never open the builder again.
We prepare it and send it back
No access shared at all. We prepare the improvement — the rewritten text, the slimmed-down photo, the finished graphic — and email it back ready to use, with a short note on exactly where to put it.
Best if you (or your web person) prefer to apply changes yourselves.
For traffic watching, we’ll also ask for view-only access to your Google visitor reports — that lets us see the numbers without being able to change anything.
One plan. One price.
$165 per month · pause or cancel anytime
- Traffic watching — where your visitors come from and what they searched for
- A weekly scan of your site, on phone and computer, for improvements that bring more traffic and easier bookings
- A short weekly email — what changed, what we suggest, what we fixed
- Basic updates and fixes handled for you — content, photos, prices, hours, posts
- Response to update requests typically within 48 hours, one at a time
- Background basics included — online checks, security renewal, broken links, monthly health check
- No contract, no meetings, no portal — email only
We keep the client list at a size where the weekly scan and the 48-hour response stay real. If spots are full, we’ll say so plainly and offer the next opening.
Honest limits
- Suggestions and basic fixes — not redesigns. We find the improvements and handle the small ones. Homepage redesigns, brand-new designs, and rebrands aren’t part of this plan — if you want one, that’s a separate one-off conversation.
- No guaranteed traffic. We watch the numbers, find the leaks, and make the fixes that give a site its best chance. We can’t promise a number of visitors or a Google ranking — nobody honest can — and some weeks the right suggestion is “nothing needs changing.”
- Traffic watching needs your numbers. If your site doesn’t count visitors yet, we set that up first; until then, weekly scans still run, but traffic trends start once counting does.
- One update request at a time. Send as many as you like; we work them in your order.
- 48 hours is typical, not a legal promise. It’s the response time we run the studio to — and the reason the client list stays small.
Questions
Do I need the Launch Audit first?
No. Website Care is a standalone service — subscribe and the weekly scans start right away. If you’d like a one-time deep check of your whole site first, the $25 Launch Audit is there, but it’s never required.
What does the weekly email look like?
Short and in plain words. Something like: “Visits from Google are up this week; your Services page got slower on phones because of one large photo — fixed. Suggestion: your page about catering never mentions the city name customers search for; we can rewrite that section next if you’d like.” No charts to decode, no homework unless you want it.
What counts as a basic update?
Changing text, prices, hours, or photos; updating a menu or service list; adding a post or a simple page in your existing design; swapping a banner; a seasonal offer. If you’re not sure, email it anyway — we’ll either do it or tell you plainly that it’s a project, with a separate quote if you want one.
Which website builders do you work in?
Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, GoDaddy, Shopify, Webflow, and most other common builders. If yours isn’t listed here, email us before subscribing and we’ll confirm it works.
