Do I have to buy the audit before Website Care?
No. They’re separate services — buy either one on its own. Many maintenance clients never buy an audit, and most audit buyers never subscribe.
How do I send an update request?
By email. Subscribe, then email your request to hello@pallystudio.com — what you need, the page it concerns, any files attached. We read it, ask anything that's missing, get to work, and respond back typically within 48 hours.
Do you need my password for maintenance?
Never your own password. If you want us to make changes directly in your site, you invite us as a collaborator in your website builder — an access you can revoke at any time. Prefer not to share access at all? We’ll make the work and send it back ready for you to use.
